Lucy McIntire

Lucy McIntire has worked in education for over a decade. She began teaching in Vietnam before earning her master’s degree and continuing her work with multilingual learners in the U.S. Her experience has included multilingual, special, and alternative education in both New Hampshire and New Mexico.

Lucy joined iLearnNH in 2022 and loves creating practical, supportive professional learning and community-building opportunities for New Hampshire educators. She is especially interested in what helps both educators and students feel supported, connected, and able to thrive, with a particular focus on educator well-being and trauma-informed practice.

Lucy lives in the Seacoast area with her husband, young son, and two cats. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, practicing yoga, spending time outside with her family, and getting into the mountains whenever she can.
